Through FOI got data that didn't match mine including a copy of the C/Ls original ADEX Debt Schedule Report which showed they had me working full time with one employer and concurrently working with two other employers on some occassions and didn't show all reported income for the whole period.
Like other peoples stories work was adhoc with weeks of no work and because of the nature of the work being country NSW and no connected internet didn't get payslips but all employer payments did go into one bank account and eventually got copies of payslips from employers which showed problems associated with tax withholding and as I'm a pensioner now, the blighters have withheld upwards of $170 per pension pay on serveal occassions since being notified.
From what I have found I have maybe a $500 tax anomoly which I'm fighting on legal grounds regarding C/L's- Government of the day unconscionable conduct.
The stress and anxiety has made me very ill and on top of it all around the time of first being notified had to have malignant cancer op also to deal with, being in my 60's.
I say the whole problem is with the reporting system that doesn't allow reporting of actual income verses estimated income for the report period with say to be checked and balanced at the end of every month.
Trudge should have been sacked from the Parliament considering that around the same time a particular 'front bencher' was having problems with a Gold Coast apartment expenses as well as all the others issues with the 'pollies' 'expenses'.
