I've had a lot of anxiety over this...mostly because I don't understand why I owe so much! I would like to appeal, but unsure if I would be right or not. I'm just grateful that I'm in full-time employment, I can't imagine what those still receiving benefits must be going through.
How do you feel about the way the Government has handled this process?:
I feel it's shameful that the Government has targeted some of its most vulnerable by issuing out these debts. It's infuriating to say the least to hear comments like 'It's working well' and 'They were polite letters' when I have a letter threatening to garnish my wages, tax return, assets or commence legal action.
