Despite having a termination statement on file, the automated system assumed I was working at the employer I had left in Oct 2012. Thus a debt was calculated and I have been repaying this debt despite their error. A second minor component I've been trying to deal with required me to upload a document which I have done but it never appears on my myGov account despite having receipts to prove I have loaded it.

I have no debt because I provided all relevant documentation in 2012 and 2013 but, since there has been no check of these documents I do have a false debt which I have been very stressed by. I feel utterly powerless and exploited by an irrational system.

I have made a complaint on the my gov site, I have tried to complete the documentation process but nothing is happeneing and I don't know what to do now, wait? Go to the Ombudsman? Keep ringing the poor staff? I have contacted my MP already but they could only provide the Complaints line telephone number.

How do you feel about the way the Government has handled this process?: 

The government's refusal to acknowledge the problem is dangerous and indicates a callousness which I would not have believed possible had I not experienced it.
