I have 5 children and because if this debt I was unable to get the advance payments that I rely on to buy my kids their presents.
I spent 4 months on the phone with complaints to the compaints line at least 3 times. When my case was finally looked at the lady was so rude it literally brought me to tears, they denied my claim and basically told me tough luck. They have ruined Christmas and now that they have also cancelled the school kids bonus I have no way of providing what they need to get back to school.
How do you feel about the way the Government has handled this process?:
Disgusting, shameful, pathetic!. How about we chase real big business tax dodgers instead of trying to recoup money from the most vulnerable in society.
