I am currently appealing my "online generated debt" for the 6th time. The first five appeals have resulted in fluctuating debt totals between $0 and $10200. No two decisions have arrived at the same conclusion. I paid all my savings, and bankrupted myself, to pay the debt amount as I was threatened with debt collectors and told that "I should have enough money to pay it off", and was therefore ineligible for a payment plan. They have made my life a living hell for 3 months now.
How do you feel about the way the Government has handled this process?:
They haven't, they stuck their heads in their arse and pretended there were no problems.
