This has meant that I can't move out, I can't save money, and all because I was given the wrong information by centrelink when applying.
How do you feel about the way the Government has handled this process?:
I've been put on hold for so many tens of hours that I will never get back. I went into the office only to have the receptionist call my number and personally put me on hold on the students line. It's been horrible.
