I was ordered to pay over $14000 in June 2019 for debts from 2014-2015. I believe these figures are very incorrect.
The letters you receive do not give any information why and they just demand your hard working dollars that are already spent on taxes and HECS.

I will never ever go through payments through Centrelink. It is physically and emotionally distressing to receive debts of this amount especially amongst the bills, rates, rent, insurance and everything else that has to be paid for. These computer systems used to calculate averages are unlawful, deceitful and something needs to be done about it.

I am currently in the process of the debt being reviewed but I can only imagine what their response is going to be.

How do you feel about the way the Government has handled this process?: 

Absolutely appalling. Couldn’t have handled it any worse to the thousands of people affected by this issue.
