My anxiety levels are increasing, due to the complexity of the process and non-accountability of the organisations involved.
How do you feel about the way the Government has handled this process?:
With low expectations of the government it was hard to be disappointed or surprised. But I have been both, principally due to the enthusiasm (sheer bloody mindedness) of the minister and head of department.
On a personal note - just been into Centrelink office to lodge papers for scanning, and was informed that I had up to an hours' wait to get a receipt for these?
