Very stressful especially as it's impossible to talk to anybody about it. We want to sort it out and just want an explanation from a real person but keep getting told to go online and complete compliance. We have asked for a review as we have always kept our income updated with Centrelink. We have also paid tax on the money they want back.
In limbo at the moment, horrible way to deal with people.
How do you feel about the way the Government has handled this process?:
Shocking. They are so far removed from the lives of normal people.
We want to do the right thing but are made to feel like fraudsters.
