I suffer from ptsd and anxiety and depression I As been looking after my elderly mother whom had to go into constant care
I went in several times and was told my file was sorted and everything would be ok
How wrong was I
This has been on going for the last 2 or so years
I need a new car but cannot get on as I owe the commonwealth money
How do you feel about the way the Government has handled this process?:
I been treated like a thief the person on the end of the phone don’t give a shxt as they don’t have to face you and the treatment you get is far from fair
I asked how do you get fair go I think this is wrong there answer was you carnt it’s a government debt you have to pay
I payed my tax’s I didn’t ask for my mother’s health to decline
I did have a good job
