Tell us about your debt and how has this affected you? e.g. anxiety levels, financial and accommodation stress:

Very stressed! financially and emotionally- I already have significant debt from being unemployed for 5 months after finishing full-time University studies that were not subsidised.
I received the letter on my final day of work for 2016, spent an hour waiting on phone to speak with Centrelink staff to find out what the problem was. The Staff referred me to the online system, where I was only asked questions that confirmed their current informatIon. This was horrible to receive immediately before Christmas and I couldn't sort it out because offices were closing down and I was travelling interstate. This was frustrating and agonizing to have to worry about while on holiday!
I spent hours wading through previous payslips from my ex- employer during my holiday. I'm now trying to sort it out in 2017, spent 1.5 hours today waiting in Centrelink office to sort this out, payslips in hand, and was told to sort it out over the phone.
I feel frustrated, annoyed, angry, hurt, debilitated, disempowered, belittled.
The stress has increased my teeth grinding at night and I think that now I have another tooth cracked- they don't realise the physical harm that goes alongside emotional.

How do you feel about the way the Government has handled this process?:

They have handled it with zero grace or thought. They are exploiting the weak and vulnerable. If I had no access to a printer, or money to print and use a computer, I would be in a very difficult place right now.
