Called a month ago when I received letter. Guy a spoke to could see error. Said he was going to fix it. Month later started loosing money from payment. Called again. They said it was a tax department error. Tax department said they got the figures from Centrelink so it's there error. Spoke to Centrelink again but they couldn't fix it straight away had to go to appeal. Both mine and my partner's carers payment had been counted twice . But get this , we got sent out two notices at the start in three days. One was a payment to us and the second was the debt. Someone changed the correct figures to make it incorrect.
They don't care. If this was a private business they would be under investigation for fraud.
