According to CL a "glitch" in their system has generated a Child Care Benefit debt from 8 years ago which has now been referred to a debt collector. This issue is now sitting with a Senior IT person to fix this "glitch". I am told I must pay and when the problem is fixed they will reimburse me. I have spent countless hours in the phone trying to have the matter resolved. It has been 7 months with no outcome in sight and I am told that because this is not a payment affecting debt, there is no timeframe to resolve the issue.
How do you feel about the way the Government has handled this process?:
I am almost 7 months into trying to have this matter resolved with still no outcome in sight. I think that says it all!!!!!!
