Tell us about your debt and how has this affected you? e.g. anxiety levels, financial and accommodation stress:

The last time I had to deal with CentreStink was 7 years ago. Since then I have had full time employment.

But my father stopped in at our old address that we haven't been at for 5 or so years. The new people living there had a registered post for me with the robodebt. I had to send CentreStink my payslips from 7 years ago.
That was about a year ago that I did that.
And out of the blue today I get the dreaded private number call...

CentreStink: You owe us $2500.
Me: Wow. How did you come to this? That must have been a long complex calculation... can you send me how exactly you calculated that for my appeal.
CentreStink: No, but we will send you a summary.
Me: I don't want a simplified summary for a complex issue, I want to now exactly how it was done. Can you send me my CentreStink records? (on the phone, out of decency I called them Centrelink... but this is the online world and we all know how much they stink).
CentreStink: Sorry, my computer doesn't have access to records from that long ago to send you.
Me: And I'm supposed to appeal this how exactly...?

How do you feel about the way the Government has handled this process?:

They have been outrageous.

This is disgusting opaque behaviour where they just tell you a number and say you owe some random amount.
They send mail to the wrong address, despite saying that they received the financial information from the ATO that doesn't match up with whatever magical numbers they have... so how come they can't get your current address.

I will never, ever vote Liberal in my whole life.
